Dr. Fernando Yepez is a director of global services and engagement for PwC, where he assists with the firm’s internal organization design as well as the deployment of a network of client service delivery centers (SDCs) around the globe. He specializes in Strategic Planning, Change Management, Business Transformation, Finance Business Solutions, Shared Services, and Enterprise Performance Management. Dr. Yepez is a business leader with a diverse work background. He is a former director at Arthur Andersen where he focused on strategy and transformation initiatives with extensive experience in Latin America, The Middle East and other parts of the globe. He is currently an instructor at the Graham School at the University of Chicago School and former Adjunct Professor at Florida International University’s Chapman School of Business MBA Program. He has an MBA in Finance and PhD in Economic Development from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
