Alex Chen is a managing director with PwC’s Global Delivery Model Services organization. He leads the Global Delivery Model (GDM) for PwC’s Internal Firm Services and has responsibility for Business Transformation programs aligned to the GDM. He is also a member of the Global Business Services Council of the Conference Board. In his roles, Alex is responsible for directing the establishment and execution of activities that deliver an integrated set of business capabilities to perform standardized client service and business services activities throughout the PwC Network, with the objective to improve the value proposition of the firm’s business model. He drives strategy development and execution for the Global Delivery Model in the US and supports multiple territories and regions in the PwC Network.  Alex is also a member of the West Cluster Transformation team. Since joining PwC in 1995, he has focused on building capabilities and change initiatives for much of his tenure with the firm. Alex is a PwC Chairman’s Award Winner and a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
