Ms. Jeanne DiFrancesco is currently the Principal of ProOrbis, LLC, and the Chief Executive Officer of ProOrbis Ventures, LLC. Ms. DiFrancesco is one of the world’s leading experts in the economic valuation and sources of intangible assets including human capital, brands, and science and technology R&D as well as in the intangible valuation of U.S. government mission objectives and national priorities in defense and other governmental operations. With over 30 years of executive and strategic level experience, Ms. DiFrancesco has architected projects ranging in size and industry for applications including the International Space Station National Laboratory Reference Model to leading private, public and nonprofit organizations in the health sciences, electronic materials, investment banking, insurance, financial operations, power generation, logistics, electronic warfare, and geospatial intelligence.

Ms. DiFrancesco authored the ProOrbis® Method, a proprietary framework of strategic and economic techniques that combine management theory and applications which set the standard for managing the value of investments in an enterprise and maximizing returns on investment. This methodology has been applied for nearly two decades in real-world business situations ranging from the design of new operations and business units to large scale enterprise transformations. Most recently, the ProOrbis® Method is being deployed in ProOrbis Ventures, LLC – an elite, new venture and growth acceleration consultancy dedicated to addressing critical global challenges by swiftly bringing cutting-edge scientific and technological advancements to the industrial forefront.

Ms. DiFrancesco serves on the board of the American Millennium Society and the advisory board of US Rare Earths. Ms. DiFrancesco speaks frequently at conferences and has served as an expert advisor for various groups, including the National Space Society (NSS), American Nuclear Society (ANS), The Conference Board, the Institute of Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), the Brookings Institution, Drexel University, and The Harvard Club, and continues as a long-time guest lecturer at the Wharton School.

The ProOrbis® Method has been featured in articles written by Ms. DiFrancesco and in publications including The New Six Sigma, Nature News and CFO Magazine.

Prior to ProOrbis, Ms. DiFrancesco worked as a Principal Consultant at Price Waterhouse and as an executive at DuPont for over 10 years. She holds an interdisciplinary undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
